Stop Spamming yourself, stop spamming yourself!

Just about every frakking piece of junk mail I've gotten recently has been to tell me the details of a message/parcel I'll be getting or I've missed.

The annoying part is the spammers use your own email address for both the From and To ids - yes, you appear to be sending them yourself. How frakked up is that?

What kind of moron do they think we are: that we're miss a parcel then send ourselves a message about the missing parcel.
